Welcome to our digital agency. Our digital agency provides a wide range of services including website design, development, digital marketing, and consulting. We work with clients to create custom solutions that meet their specific needs and goals.
As a client, you are responsible for providing us with all necessary information and materials to complete the project, including text, images, and any other content. You are also responsible for reviewing and approving all work before it is finalized.
Our agency requires a 50% deposit before starting any project and the remaining 50% upon completion. All invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt. Any unpaid invoices will accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.
All materials and work created by our agency, including but not limited to source code, designs, and graphics, remain the property of our agency until full payment is received. Once payment is received, we will transfer ownership of the materials to the client.
Our agency will keep all client information and project details confidential and will not share this information with any third parties.
Our agency will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our agency is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our agency reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes to the Terms of Service will be considered acceptance of those changes.
